I was genuinely impressed by the warm hospitality of the staff here, which made me feel at home the moment I arrived.

However, I did notice that the food quality at the buffet varied, with some items feeling a bit stale at times.

the carpets were overstretched, which is just so untidy for a place that claims to be posh. also, the supposed lounge bar was a noisy disaster and I woudl expect compensation for all that chaos. absolutely ridiculous! I was almost going to say something nice, but one look at those musty rooms changed my mind.

I enjoyed the live music while dining, but the room card kept failing.
